The first weekend of a new month always puts the spunk back into your Queen’s ‘boring’ life.
(I say boring as there are some of you who think moi doesn’t have a life *smh*) FYI peeps, it’s called working! Unlike the peanuts, or should I say six-pack, which some of my resident deejays get paid to make peeps dance … like have you ever *flicks weave*, moi gets rewarded for being the queen of nightlife. So yes, boys and girls (and not forgetting them haters) this weekend wasn’t any different – party invites flowed in and who am I to decline?
With this said your majesty and her monarchy grabbed their big paint brushes and extended their oh-so-highly in demand sexy presence to Boity’s Birthday dooh at Coobah!
Apart from the birthday girl fixing her boobies (can someone please navigate this girl to a Temptations’ fitting room), she spent the whole night getting some groupie love from wannabes, who looked lost at the party, and enjoying her shooters.
Bloem model Boipelo looked gorgeous in her tiger print number; she also looked like a proper fashionista at the Perky Jams by BKG Fashion Show earlier the night at Barbas.
See, I told you there were invites galore!
Photographer Madeba couldn’t wipe the smile off his face while taking pics of the ladies at the party; I hear he does nude photo shoots as well.
The beautiful tag team of Tamzyn, Lindiwe, Mapule and her tall bald model friend also graced the party with their presence. You know you’re at the right party when this combination comes out to play.
Capello is slowly running dry; it’s starting to look like a chilling spot for ghosts. Sizwe, your Queen will gladly connect you to some strippers or gigolos, we would hate to see you fall short on rent… Don’t be shy to halla at moi, neh! Phela, they don’t call me the Queen of Queens for nothing you know.
So, while ZuuTheExclusive was giving my Facebook wall some extra loving, the Rumble Boys were redeeming their reputation at the Motheo Fresher’s Ball … kana The Oscar Nite saga is still haunting some of us.
And shem, they really outdid themselves, even if your Queen has to say so. It was refreshing to see all the booked artists performing and not getting a surprise like their previous event… can’t wait to hear what ‘team rag-on-Vusi’ aka Bangi and others
have to say this time.
The stage was well set up. The students looked like they had been unleashed. Ag shame, they were drinking alcohol like it was water in the dessert.
However, it was death by VIP. The area was filled with lecturers and a number of strange characters who were merciless to their livers. This other dude declared his drunkeness by playing stop, drop, and roll. I swear he thought he was one of the artists performing on the night.
Shaun Dihoro was finally given a mic. He was so happy when he and Themba “Ranthumeng” picked up Dineo Ranaka. He was the envy of many guys lusting over her. While we’re on Dineo, you could tell she was wearing her own clothes… those pink boots, sho! I had to put on my shades…
Your Queen also bumped into her other bff deejay, Stone, who smelled oh so divine! Don’t you just love it when a brother takes care of himself? Anyway, he killed the dance floor – truth be told. I even heard one of the lecturers in a pinstripe double collared shirt applauding his set while shouting “give that boy an A!”
Your Queen’s other bff Glen Star, aka You Know Who, was also in high spirits. He too came to give yours truly some extra loving … must say I got a sudden chill down my spine. Phela, it’s no secret that just a few weeks ago he had threatened to make your Queen eat dust. However, we still love him for still loving us!
Hot property on the block Donald sang his popular The love I know I deserve to the crowd’s delight, wa zama shem, Motheo ladies were screaming and fighting for him.
Still on Donald – did I mention that he pulled a Michael Jackson on us… shades, leather gloves, the works!
Welkom born Thiwe & Tumelo were also impressive; we need to see more of them performing. Maar as for Thiwe pulling a deja vu on us ka that dress *tjo*.
