Fashion Show extravaganza invades Bloem

My Lifestyle Fashion will be hosting an “extravagant fashion celebration” in June which is expected to attract Free State fashion gurus and ramp models.

Event organiser Tshepo Motsumi hopes the fashion show will be a platform for models, fashion designers, fashion and beauty stylists, and everybody in the fashion and modelling industry to join hands and help develop the sector in the province.

“With the event we want to focus on grooming our local aspiring models while giving our fashion designers a spotlight on stage and have their designs showcased.

“We want the fashion industry in the province to also reach national and international standards.”

One of the fortunate designers who was selected to participate in the event, Malafane Lethae, who is affectionately known as Govern I, said he is very excited to be part of the show.

“I am passionate about fashion in the Free State and believe that the standard of fashion is really going up.”

Finalists will be selected from the auditions that are going to be held on June 2. During the auditions models, fashion designers, and fashion and beauty stylists will be briefed on their competition tasks.

“We trust that this fashion show will be a great success so that our designers and models will realise their true potential,” said Motsumi.

There will also be a platform for makeup artists to market their products at the event.
