Soul And Rnb Fiesta On The Cards

RnB and soul lovers in the City of Roses are urged to gather friends and family who enjoy authentic and soothing sounds for an unforgettable music fiesta on September 14.

Organisers of the event, ABI KUNDU have released an impeccable line-up of Rnb and Soul DJs expected to deliver nothing but the best sounds on the night at Loch Logan Park.

Following its success last year, the Soul Session is back for a magical night filled with local music and a delicious meal.

Veteran DJ Bob Mabena is among headline acts that include Soul Sessions legends like Metro FM’s Wilson B Nkosi, and former Metro FM presenter, now 702, Paul Mtirara.

Other amazing DJs expected to serenade the expected matured crowd include Radio 2000’s Bambo Johnson, Sentle Lehoko from Metro FM, SA FM’s Earnest Pilly and Glen “Glenzito” Lewis also from Radio 2000.

With an awesome venue and line-up of this nature, it’s nearly impossible to have a bad time.

With diverse music genres, including Afro-pop, R&B, Soul, Afro-jazz and old classic House, revellers are encouraged to dress to the theme of all white.

Radio 2000 presenter and actor Thando Thabethe confirmed her presence, urging patrons across the country to purchase their tickets ahead of what promises to be a thrilling experience for music lovers.

On the provincial side of things, local DJs to dish their own taste of music include Stan Moloisoa, KB Mokaila, Jud Dona Tseka, Pelo SKM, and Gif Mpho Silingile, among others. According to the organisers, the aim of the event is to pair the very best of local artists against national stars.

Speaking to his fans through video on social media, Sentle Lehoko said, “The show is a great opportunity to share the stage with wonderful DJs from South Africa. We did so last year and we are doing it better and bigger this year. Looking forward to giving you nothing but the best night out in Bloemfontein on the night.”

The organisers noted Lehoko, “There is no doubt that this is going to be one of the best soul and R&B shows ever hosted in this province.”

They urged fans to get their tickets on time as they are anticipating a sold-out show.
